Applications can be submitted for the study room project.
Applications have been invited for a scheme that allocates two lakh rupees to Scheduled Caste students for the construction of a study room.
Key Criteria:
1) Must be a student studying in classes 5 to 12.
2) Annual family income must not exceed one lakh rupees.
3) The house must be less than 1,000 square feet in area.
4) Required documents include caste and income certificates, as well as proof of house ownership and a certificate indicating the house's square footage.
Application forms are available at the nearest Akshaya Centre.
The deadline for submitting applications to the Scheduled Caste Development Offices at the Block, Municipality, or Corporation level is October 19, 2026.
